These terms explain how quotes, artwork, proofs and payments work with JTAD Prints.
Quotes and orders
A quote is based on the details you send us. An order starts when you accept the quote in writing and pay any deposit it asks for.
Artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the images, logos, fonts and text you send us. We may ask you to fix files that are not print ready.
Proofs and changes
We may send a proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve a proof, we print to that version. Changes after approval can affect price and timing.
Prices and payment
Prices depend on the product, quantity, materials and finishing. Payment terms appear on your quote or invoice.
